The Mugs

  • What's the print quality like? — Printed using dye-sublimation on 11oz ceramic. Colours are vibrant and fade-resistant. Dishwasher safe.
  • What size is the mug? — Standard 11oz. Fits standard cup holders.
  • Why dictionary-entry style? — It treats your type as something worth defining properly, not something to be illustrated with a cartoon. Clean, typographic, desk-appropriate.
  • Which quadra colour is my type? — Alpha (ILE, SEI, ESE, LII): blue. Beta (SLE, IEI, EIE, LSI): amber. Gamma (SEE, ILI, LIE, ESI): forest green. Delta (IEE, SLI, LSE, EII): navy.

The Prints

  • What size is the poster? — A2 landscape (16.5 × 23.4 inches / 420 × 594 mm). Printed on 200gsm premium matte paper.
  • Does it come framed? — No. You'll need an A2 frame — most home goods stores stock them. IKEA's Ribba A2 fits well and costs around £10.
  • How is it packaged? — Rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Remove carefully and allow a few hours to flatten before framing.
  • Do I need to know my type to order? — No. The 16 Types poster shows all 16 types organised by quadra and works whether you know your type or not. If you'd like to find out yours, socionicsinsight.com is a good place to start.

Orders & Shipping

  • How long does delivery take? — Printed on demand and typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery from there: UK 3–5 days, US/EU 7–14 days.
  • Do you ship internationally? — Yes, worldwide.
  • Can I track my order? — Yes, you'll receive a tracking link once dispatched.

Returns

  • What if my order arrives damaged? — Contact us with your order number and a photo within 14 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
  • Can I return if I change my mind? — Yes, within 30 days of receipt. Item must be unused and, for prints, in the original tube packaging.
  • What if I ordered the wrong type (mug)? — Same return process. We'd gently suggest double-checking your type on socionicsinsight.com first.
