These Terms of Service govern your use of the Socionics Insight Shop at shop.socionicsinsight.com, operated by Spencer Stern (sole trader), London, United Kingdom.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.

Products All mugs are printed on demand by Printful. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to the nature of sublimation printing. This is not considered a defect.

Payment Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

Returns and refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. As products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Intellectual property All designs, copy, and branding are the property of Spencer Stern. You may not reproduce or resell any products or designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socionics Insight Shop shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products purchased.
